List of some support services for youth in Finland

Below you will find a list of various free services and possibilities to talk about your concerns confidentially. 

If you are at school or studying, you can ask for help from, for example, a psychologist, a counselor or a health nurse at your school. You can also contact your local health center. 
 
The list below does not cover all possible services. There may be other low-threshold help available in your area.

Mieppi 

Low-threshold Mental Health Service Unit Mieppi offers discussion support for promoting mental well-being. Mieppi serves all residents of Helsinki over the age of 13 and its services are free of charge.
